Brookside Village

Brookside Village is a special residential development, with a beautiful conservation area and two water impoundments included on the 30+/- acre parcel.  Located in Northeast Leon County off of Ox Bottom Road, it is the unique development of Premier Fine Homes.  The conservation area is enhanced by ravines that flow through the existing water course.  A passive hiking trail was provided as a recreational amenity for the residents and guests.

This was the first subdivision UC² and Premier Fine Homes developed.  UC² is thankful for the partnership which created this unique community.
