Wakulla County is growing, with new residential subdivisions on the way. UC2 has partnered with the Parrish Group to develop a 144 lot subdivision near the intersection of Wakulla Arran Road and East Ivan. The subdivision will have central water and sewer and is located within the heart of Crawfordville. The initial infrastructure construction is ongoing and new homes are planned to be completed by the summer of 2020.
