Carepoint was a redevelopment project which combined four parcels in downtown Tallahassee for the construction of a new medical care facility. Ultimately, a new 27,600 +/- S.F. all inclusive medical facility was constructed with the associated infrastructure and included two outparcels for future development. The project included environmental studies, boundary adjustments, FDOT coordination and ROW donation for the newly expanded sidewalks and driveways. Also included was coordination with Blue Print 2000 and Leon County on the construction of the Phase IV Magnolia Drive. UC2 was instrumental in receiving approval for the Type-A site plan and environmental permitting with the City of Tallahassee.
