After Hurricane Michael struck North Florida in October 2018, there was extensive damage to the Robert F. Munroe Day School. The School decided to look for other sites to relocate the campus in place of repairing their older style buildings. Urban Catalyst Consultants (UC2) assisted Robert F. Munroe Day School in evaluating potential sites for relocating the School. UC2 was able to recommend a location on the East end of Gadsden County, which is approximately 5 miles to the Interstate 10/Highway 90 West intersection and 5 miles from the City of Quincy. UC2 assisted the School in developing a master plan and received site plan approval from Gadsden County. Construction on the school site will start within the first quarter of 2020, with completion of Phase I by August 2021.
