Villas at Killearn Lakes

Urban Catalyst Consultants (UC²) is proud to have been involved with the Villas at Killearn Lakes building project. The Villas is pioneering a unique community of homes for assisted living and whole-person memory care. Working with the Project Team at Villas at Killearn Lakes, we were able to bring their vision of continued Elderly Care into reality.

UC² worked with our colleagues at Leon County to successfully permit and redevelop an Assisted Living Community from a previously platted commercial retail development.

Special thanks to Talquin Electric and Deer Lake United Methodist Church for their help and assistance in relocating existing utilities to allow for the campus like design.
